Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, developing and managing provider services teams with a strong focus on overall provider experience
  • Align with key business partners to serve customers
  • Foster / maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability
  • Work with the SDMs/DMs / AM’s and teams to ensure performance commitments are met and ensure teams are meeting production and quality metrics Ensuring the Production
  • Team and Supervisors continually improve their performance and meets Service Level Agreements/Performance Guarantee goals
  • Work with business partners to identify ways to improve business processes
  • Drive and implementing changes - ensuring process improvements (Re-engineering)
  • Liaise with onshore to Analyze business trends, forecasting and planning based on the business trends
  • Create and presenting OBR’s, QBR’s & MBR’s every month and quarterly
  • Create and sending monthly reports to senior management
  • Develop, motivating and retaining employees and challenging the team to set ambitious goals
  • Provide regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions
  • Promote a high level of commitment to anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs of each internal and external customer
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Overall experience of 10+ years
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to lead a team of supervisors, Deputy Managers & SDMs in an operational environment
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent project and team management skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Expertise in Six Sigma methodology
