Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for packaging and shipment of medical equipment and units for customer orders.
  • Package product to meet shipping criteria, and assure correct items are boxed for the customer order
  • Work with the Materials and Inventory Team to report low inventory restocking
  • Process product at appointed terminal and prepare accurate shipping label
  • Under general supervision, receive, ship and/or coordinate product repairs that may include Loaners, Certified Pre-Owned, customer owned units and all other related products to contribute to the completion of a variety of product models.
  • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Standing and walking the warehouse to process and package orders


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to complete computer entries with minimal errors
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be able to hear and respond to safety alarms, pages, and directives.
  • Perform repetitive to frequent tasks using standard procedures, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or ship small objects or component parts.
  • Job demands include occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Actively engages with team members. Sets a professional and productive example for new teammates. Communicates and elevates issues appropriately.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) preferred
  • Medical device distribution experience strongly preferred
