Associate Director, US HIV Customer Engagement Marketing Lead, REMOTE ( MERCUSR187642ENUS)

The Associate Director, US HIV Customer Engagement Marketing Lead (CEML) is an experienced marketer who will be responsible for establishing an integrated US HIV portfolio marketing strategy to optimize the end-to-end customer journey through all digital and customer-facing channels. The CEML will provide the strategic direction for the development of integrated digital strategies, content marketing, and other campaigns aligned to prioritized business opportunities across all customer segments, working closely with other marketing colleagues within the franchise and the associated Digital Engagement Team to ensure alignment and delivery against strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Understanding of customer needs and journey mapping to ensure an integrated customer journey map to develop and create the desired customer experience.
Consistently remain current on key insights for the brands, customers, and US HIV market landscape.
Serve as Product Owner on Digital Engagement Team to ensure strong ongoing integration between Marketing and the Digital Engagement Team in support of successful execution of the franchise strategy in alignment with the brand’s strategic objectives.
Work with the entire US HIV marketing team to identify brand opportunities for all targeted customers (campaigns) and develop campaign briefs for the franchises to define prioritized opportunities and strategies for Digital Engagement Team.
Serve as lead for the brand team in the co-creation with the DET on digital content strategy and experience plan and implementation, inclusive of testing and assessing user experience.
Lead the team in prioritizing key business opportunities across provider, patient, and payor and own development of KPIs.
Monitor program success to identify optimization opportunities.
Ensure customer experience feedback optimizes ongoing and future brand campaigns and is integrated into future brand strategy.
Monitor performance against KPIs and provide guidance to the Digital Engagement Team on strategic priorities and campaign maintenance.
Ensure coordination and integration between the Digital Engagement and Personal Engagement teams for the design and development of marketing content.
Integrate with Strategic Alliances when appropriate to deliver capabilities and partnership to accomplish campaigns.
Stay abreast of leading trends in digital marketing, content strategy and customer engagement and monitor US HIV competitive landscape.
This position will report to the US Marketing Leader for the US HIV portfolio.
Minimum required education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master’s in Business Administration preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, marketing communications, or marketing support of digital promotion assets.
Demonstrated ability to execute a brand or customer marketing strategy.
Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles.
Constituency management across hierarchical lines.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Agency management skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Knowledge/ experience with US HIV pharmaceutical marketing products and marketplace.
Experience working in an agile environment or scrum framework.
Market research experience.
Knowledge of our Company's commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies.
Experience in the Company's end-to-end medical/ legal (PRT) review and delivery process.
