PURPOSE OF POSITION:
You will be part of our Network Service Center office in Minneapolis, an organization of highly skilled employees dedicated to meeting and exceeding internal and external customer requirements in a 7 day a week, 24 hour a day operation.
Our Network Service Center encompasses a variety of roles in the Production Operations department, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Equipment Accounting, Supplemental Services/Demurrage, and Freight Claims.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-secondary education preferred but not required
• Previous transportation and work related experience is an asset
• Previous railroad experience not required, paid training is provided

• Ability to work all 3 shifts and perform in a 24x7 environment;
• Strong problem solving, organizational and planning skills;
• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment;
• Strong written and oral skills to respond to internal and external requests for information;
• Ability to interact in a professional and constructive manner with both co-workers and customers working in a team environment;
• Proficient in the use of a variety of computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite of applications;
• Proficiency in consumer math and Microsoft Excel



The hiring process will include the following mandatory steps:
• An information Session will be held for selected candidates to complete aptitude assessments and learn about the position - attendance is mandatory;
• Candidates who pass the aptitude assessments will be interviewed and have the opportunity to observe the position for one (1) hour
