Position Summary

We seek an energetic and experienced IT professional to join the foundational enterprise customer team. In this role, the candidate will manage the delivery and IT operational support for Enterprise Customer Master Platforms reporting to Global Enterprise MDM Solution Engineering Lead in Foundational Master Data Management. The candidate will work across the Enterprise Customer Master (CM) team, and key stakeholders, to ensure delivery of solutions adhering to Enterprise Architecture guidelines and BMS policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Build

Aid in Design, develop and implement Enterprise Master Data Management solutions.

Work with the BMS Digital Capability Managers (US and O-US) to identify a workload intake model for requests from various stakeholders regarding any new or revised work.

Manage delivery of changes for Enterprise Customer Master applications working with various vendors

Review and Approve System Test Deliverables

Work with engineering team on the development and upgrade of related tools

Manage system integration efforts, and create operational efficiencies through automation and process improvements 

Work with Enterprise and Data Architecture teams to ensure solutions are adhering to Enterprise Architecture guidelines  


Run

Provide IT operational support of all Global Customer Master platforms (e.g. demand management, overseeing the monitoring/managing of jobs, change ticket approvals, job rescheduling, connectivity issues, system monitoring etc).

Aid in determining the hyper care and support model

Manage the outsourced IT support for the Enterprise Customer Master platforms


Vendor Management

Manage IT partners and consulting resources for Enterprise Customer Master solutions to ensure solution delivery and realization of business outcomes

Qualifications & Experience: 

8+ years overall work experience in Information Technology with 3+ in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and health care industries 

5+ years MDM Application support experience a must

3+ years with Customer Master hands on development experience a must

Experience/familiarity with Reltio, Informatica and Veeva MDM solutions a plus

Ability to translate complex concepts and strategy into meaningful communication

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Strong attention to detail

Experience with global technology solutions and management of offshore resources

Good knowledge of Data Management principles

Proficiency at demonstrating the Core BMS Behaviors
