Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Responsibilities:**The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides information and solutions in response to inquiries pertaining to products, services and/or customer complaints. Duties include, receiving work requests and creating work tickets in the CMMS program, responding to questions from customers and providing updates on projects and work orders, respond to customer complaints or inquiries and notify the Production Control Manager and/or Project Manager when necessary; assist technicians in ordering materials, update records in tracking system, assist Production Control Manager with bid packages and scheduling of contractors, preparing invoices, sorts and distributes work tickets or material and may compute wages from employee time cards, and performs general clerical duties.This would be a great job for an entry level customer-focused person with solid organizational skills and good computer skills. This is a full time position with benefts.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ High School Diploma+ US Citizen with the ability to pass a Background Check+ Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred, but can train; our current system is COGZs+ Excellent verbal and written communication+ Three years of customer service, general clerical, or production control experience+ Ability to operate standard office computer programs+ Ability to stand, sit, bend and reach extended periods of time.+ Must be able to read, write and understand English.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
