This role offers the opportunity to:+ Be involve timely processing of customer purchase orders / delivery expediting / customer liaison+ Support for sales function with quote & pricing informationYour essential responsibilities:+ Process all customer purchase orders into sales documents in a timely and accurate manner+ Order book management regarding date mgmt. / back order reports and effective customer communication+ Support operations team with delivery of operations targets OTTR+ Effective communicator with a proactive approach to customer service+ Assist sales function with order enquiries, quotes and customer enquiries QualificationsIf you have:+ Business diploma / degree or equivalent+ >2years in similar customer service role+ Electrical / lighting preference but not essential+ Team player, can do attitudeYes!
