Eatons Arecibo PR is currently seeking for a Customer Service Representative Supply Chain to join our team.Associate Representative- Customer Service the primary responsibility of this position is to prepareproduction schedules for each manufacturing department based on the Master Production Schedule(MPS) previously developed by the Master Scheduler (Customer Service Supervisor) in order to ensurecustomer orders are produced on time to meet customer expectations. Also, should manage and followup the production schedule attainment as well as customer and manufacturing orders, including orderentry, orders promising and order maintenanceResponsibilities:1. Accepts and processes Vista orders, following established business rules. Follow-up the MPS(Master Production Schedule)2. Supports internal customers expedites requests with sense of urgency and proper responsiveness.Communicate potential disruptions to production plan.3. Prepare production schedules for each manufacturing department based on the Master ProductionSchedule (MPS) previously developed by the Master Scheduler (Customer Service Supervisor) inorder to ensure customer orders are produced in time to meet customer expectations.4. Creates and process Manufacturing Orders according to production plan and ensure propermanagement, fullfilment and closing of all MOs is performed.5. Proactively communicates with customers about orders and shipment status (both via email andVISTA system (AWSD)).Perform frequent and timely interaction with operations to verify orders statusto ensure and and adherence to production schedule.6. Reports sales trends and customer order activity to Plant stakeholders as defined by Supply ChainManager or Customer Service & Planning Manager.7. Maintain order detractor reports.8. Promotes customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction through team-based problemsolving. Regularly participates in cross-functional teams to solve recurring customer issues.9. Fosters an environment which promotes Eatons goals and philosophy. Encourages continuousimprovement and builds customer relationships.10. Coordinate and/or participate in all required department, plant and customer meetings.11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes and ensure that they arecommunicated and followed within each project. QualificationsBasic Requirements:+ Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business administration or related discipline.+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Coordination area within manufacturing environment.+ Bilingual EnglishSpanish with good oral and written communication skills.+ PC Proficiency including knowledge of Excel, Mapics and Microsoft Outlook.Skills / Abilities:1. Prioritizes, considers alternatives, and responds quickly and effectively to unexpected and rapidlychanging conditions.2. Establish networking and interact with key persons/groups at all support departments whoseassistance, cooperation, and support may be needed.3. Manage effectively high pressure situation.4. Meeting with production to address issues, expedites and request pending5. Provide a daily work load plan 5 days out (Daily Agendas)6. Update Consolidated Plan with comments, issues, status for every order.7. EHS practices, regulations, and procedures experience.8.
