Its where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potentialand where you can help us reach ours.In this function you will:+ Provide field service assistance to customers by supporting Eaton field service representatives performing installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, and modification of electrical power distribution equipment. Mechanical and basic testing skills will be needed to provide the necessary support.+ Skilled proficiency in the following:+ Basic Test Equipment Operation Multimeter, megger, and ductor+ Mechanical skills related to cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of mechanical equipmentWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we as individuals and as a company are stronger. QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications:+ High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution+ Minimum 2 years of electrical or mechanical industry experience+ Legally authorized to work in the Untied States without company sponsorship now and in the future+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Chandler, Arizona will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Preferred qualifications:+ 2-year technical degree or similar experience in military training+ Experience in basic testing and servicing electrical distribution and control systems is highly desirable.+ Experience with warehousing, material handling and industrial truck operationPosition Criteria:+ Basic computer skills+ Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with electrical and electronic equipment.+ Demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfaction.+ Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings.+ Complete and maintain internal safety certification+ Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted drivers licenseWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
