Find out more on\_aiJ4L7EDo you want to work for a global player, where we care about ethics, inclusion and diversity and our people?As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for on-site and repair centre activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. You will install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites, as well as diagnose and resolve product performance problems. You will also assure post-sales product performance based on service contracts with customers and offer technical advice or service on product applications. Your key deliverables : Repair, maintenance and start up UPS Handle work orders Pre- and post-sales support Solve straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
