As SME for DELL, HP, EMC, CISCO System and other OEM devices2. As OEM global deal project manager (maintaining vendor and contract SLAs)3. Account manager and Client Availability Leader for seleted accounts4. Lead the non break fix projects such as: Installations, configuration, upgrades, assessment, migrations and relocations5. Perform the due diligent on spare parts and resource capabilities in order to support successful Maintenance Project6. Perform consultative activity to help sales & solution team for sizing, designing, and optimization new System Storage offering/ initiatives.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseAbility to operate, and good understanding in servicing most common OEM system, as well as ability in networking devices.
