The Digital Workplace Service Line Representative (SLR) is responsible for selling both project and managed services contracts to Fortune 500 clients with headquarters in the United States. Each SLR will have a defined territory aligned across 5 market verticals which they will be responsible driving pipeline, coordinating with GTS business partners and local account leadership. The SLR position requires previous experience in selling desktop virtualization (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft), end user computing, managed mobility and modern device lifecycle services, Digital Experience Management, and omnichannel service desk contracts. The SLR will develop and lead the execution of effective sales strategies to convince clients of the business value of GTS's proposal while providing clear differentiation over the competitors.
