Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. Developing workflow customizations and supporting the Service transformation teams.Responsibilities:+ Involved in crafting, running and monitoring the infrastructure to support Service Now tools+ Implementing and configuring SNOW in Client environments.+ Implement Integrations between SNOW with various platforms.+ Implement Service Now and configuring all administrative tasks.+ Work on service now architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Service Now Development+ Understanding of enterprise IT architecture+ Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)+ Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)+ Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts+ Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow+ Integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs+ Scripted Webservices+ Mid-Server Configuration (to facilitate REST calls); CMDB configuration and integration+ Custom Application Development+ Client Side and Server Side Scripting+ Flow Designer+ Expert knowledge in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions and catalog items+ Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.+ Service Portal configuration+ HandsOn in Reporting and Performance AnalyticsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Good to have CMDB Knowledge+ Good to have Domain Separation Knowledge+ ServiceNow Admin Certification+ ServiceNow Implementation Certification+ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)+ Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery+ Tasked to translate business requirements and functional design into Technical Design in ServiceNow terminologies+ Responsible for completing development within agreed target deliver date.+ NoneAbout Business UnitAt Global Technology Services (GTS), we help our clients envision the future by offering end-to-end IT and technology support services, supported by an unmatched global delivery network.
