The Major Customer Advocate is responsible for providing service and value to Windstreams customers and partners. The Customer Advocate accomplishes this by proactively reaching out to his/her account base as well as answering any and all questions from both internal and external customers regarding the customers needs.*Detailed Description:* * Provides high quality and responsive account support * Assists customers in adding , moving, or changing services * Proactively conducts frequent Account Checkups and Invoice Reviews * Properly documents activities involving customer accounts in the appropriate systems * Learns and adheres to Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures * Is responsible for all customer up-sales, account and revenue retention, and renewals * Collaborates with WIN partners regarding customers needs and opportunities * Introduces customers to the value of new products and services * Maintains customer information in all WIN systems * Develops and maintains sustainable customer relationships * Assists overall WIN team when needed in regard to customer related requestsMinimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree and 9 years professional level job related experience (outside, direct sales experience); OR 13 years professional level equivalent related experience.**Primary Location:** **US-Illinois-Chicago***Job Category:** **Sales****Requisition ID:** *20004044*Employment at Windstream is subject to post offer, pre-employment drug testing.
