As a Senior Service Portal Developer, you will be responsible for creating or updating mobile and web-based portals specific to the ServiceNow HRSD product. You will work closely with ServiceNow HRSD platform team to create new Service Portal platform components including portals, pages, and custom widgets. You will also assist in project scoping and estimating efforts as well as propose new and innovative business solutions or experiences. You will also review design requirements to ensure all met the client's specifications.

Work you'll do:

  • Develop a range from Out of the Box to highly customized Portal solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Develop new functionality while ensuring quality development on tight timelines.
  • Responsible for build of both mobile and web-based solution on ServiceNow platform including portals, pages, and custom widgets.
  • Assist in project scoping and estimating efforts.
  • Work with a team to develop new and innovative solutions & user experiences in ServiceNow.
  • In addition to building in ServiceNow, you will need to provide guidance for junior front-end developers.
  • Lead workshops to help our clients strategize the best solution utilizing ServiceNow.
  • Gather and ensure that all business and design requirements are met.
  • Write and review user stories.
  • Develop low & high fidelity wireframes


  • 3+ Years of development experience in CSS and HTML.
  • Experience working on Agile projects.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% as needed per project (While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be able to work in the US without the need for visa processing or transfer (ie: H1B, etc).

  • Experience in ServiceNow.
  • Human Centered Design thinking experience.
  • Website Design experience.
  • External consulting experience.
  • Experience with Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch.
