Work You'll Do

TRANSFORMING HOW CLIENTS DELIVER SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS. DELIVERING LARGE, COMPLEX SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS TO HUMAN SERVICE AGENCIES ACROSS FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. PARTNERING WITH CLIENTS TO TRANSFORM SERVICE DELIVERY TO THOSE MOST IN NEED. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. PARTICIPATING IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) FOR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS (BPA), SCRIPTING, CODE DEPLOYMENTS, ENHANCEMENT VALIDATION, TRIAGE OF DEFECTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS, ESCALATIONS OF URGENT ISSUES. EVALUATING CLIENTS' TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, DEVELOPING CUSTOMIZED APPLICATIONS AND DRAFT TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTATION. IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING RISKS IN PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS. RESEARCHING USER REPORTED ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, IDENTIFYING ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENTING FIXES, AND LIAISING BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS. WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL PROJECT DELIVERY OR SDLC FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CUSTOM ENTERPRISE HEALTH SOLUTIONS BASED ON ORACLE AND FAST4J FRAMEWORK SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS. INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS USING JIRA, HP QUALITY CENTER (HPQC), HP APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM) AND JAMA. USING JIRA AN HP ALM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLES STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING JIRA, JAMA AND HPQC. USING JAMA, SELENIUM AND HPQC TO SUPPORT UNIT TESTING, SYSTEM INTEGRATED TESTING (SIT), REGRESSION TESTING AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING INTEGRATED ELIGIBILITY EXPERTISE AND HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES (HHS) PROFICIENCY. SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFPS).

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD. TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION.
