The ARIES INSCOM G6 contract is part of the Leidos Defense group. The team provides IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems. We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support the JMICS/C-JWICS systems at 1st TSE, Ft. Knox, KY.

Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform preventive and remedial maintenance, user support, on-site equipment repair, system update, system operations and logistics, scheduled maintenance, system administration, information assurance, IA vulnerability management compliance, approval to operate, FISMA documentation, and IT system status updates to provide mission critical services for JMICS and C-JWICS. Provide Tier I and II support at remote field and garrison sites. Load cryptographic keys and perform troubleshooting on many types of hardware and software.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Active DoD 8570 IA Certification at IAT II, CompTIA Security+ CE.

  • Active or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment, DoD 8570 Computing Environment (CE) certification such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco ICND1 or equivalent certification.

  • Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining, Windows 10 and Server 2016, should be familiar with Windows 7 and Server 2008 platforms.

  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2016, and/or MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator on Exchange 2010 certification.
