Job Summary

Amentum has an opportunity for a full time position in the role of a Customer Service Representative to join their team at the Alice Springs office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, in this role you are the initial point of contact either by phone or visitors to the Housing and Leasing Services (HLS) office. The role encompasses administrative support functions carried out within the Vesta program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide effective, efficient, and confidential administrative support to all HLS departments
  • Responsible for the distribution of keys to HLS staff, subcontractors and residents including a key audit
  • Assist with the entering of timekeeping of non-cleared staff into SAP
  • Schedule and manage the arrangement of meetings, appointments and conferences using the electronic diary system
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as taking meeting minutes, collating various reports and processing financial payments
  • Promote a positive image when dealing with both internal and external customers
  • Ensure operational tasks are undertaken in a manner that is consistent with supporting the mission
  • Demonstrate a positive approach toward Equal Employment Opportunity and Equity principles and policies
  • Demonstrate Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) awareness and be committed to the company’s EH&S policy
  • Other duties as directed by the Vesta Management team

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role where customer service forms an integral part of successful performance
  • Two years of work experience in a similar role
  • Previous knowledge and experience within Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of office equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Must have a Driver's License
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance or an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain a NV1 clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SAP
  • Formal certifications in Business Administration or similar field
