What will you do:

As the Customer Service Representative, you will interact with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests pertaining to products and services. You will also act as a liaison supporting sales representatives and facilities focusing on business-critical items while meeting the goals, objectives and demands of the organization and adhering to policies and procedures.

  • Process and input purchase orders in an accurate and consistent manner derived via inbound calls, fax or email.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet the needs of facilities, sales representatives, and the hub network.
  • Utilize problem solving and sound judgement to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Process inventory returns RMA’s (Return Material Authorization) and communicate as appropriate.
  • Perform Credit & Rebills research and process correctly.

What you need:

  • High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service/support experience in a call center or equivalent environment.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
  • Able to efficiently utilize Microsoft office products including Excel and Outlook.
  • Medical device experience is preferred.
  • Department hours are Monday - Friday from 7AM-7PM. Employee must be able to work rotating shifts (7-3:30, 9-5:30 and 10:30-7) after 6 - 10 weeks of training.
