This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. Technical knowledge required is limited to the tasks performed in own discipline area and is considered basic. The tasks are generally routine and manual. The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules / instructions and to make simple judgement in straightforward situations. Typically requires selecting between solutions already established.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Will strive for 100% customer satisfaction with each order.
  • Will be required to comply with documentation and regulatory procedures and policies.
  • Will meet daily production goals as outlined by the leadership team.
  • Will manage a reactive workload daily.
  • Will report part shortages daily if needed.
  • Will maintain all training records to remain compliant.
  • Will work independently, exercise sound judgment and elicit support and cooperation from coworkers.
  • Will complete all SLMS assignments prior to the assignments due date.
  • Will provide great customer support to all Stryker personnel.
  • Will work from written and/or verbal instructions while maintaining pace with production requirements.
  • Will work closely with customer service to support order expedites.
  • Will accurately monitor sales order reports
  • Will work notify supply chain analyst and material coordinators of inventory shortages and large customer orders.
  • Will accurately process RMA’s in a timely manner.
  • Will accurately jit parts and ensure inventory transfers are correct.
  • May provide training and/or guidance to other Service Parts Representatives.
  • May support the development or revision of guidelines and work instructions.

May have the ability to effectively cover all three business units.
