Service Now Engineer
Looking for an opportunity to make an impact?
We are now in search of a Service Now Engineer required to support ongoing development of Service Now instance that supports Leidos’ clients. Working with small team of administrators. There will also be opportunities to work on Leidos projects. Service Now is a key technology for Leidos and will provide great scope for learning and advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing multiple ServiceNow instances
Development of new functionality and integrations
Configuration
Routine maintenance
Routine ServiceNow updates
Onboarding/Offboarding of customers (including customization)
Investigating issues with the Service Now instance
What Does Leidos Need From Me?:
Good experience using the ServiceNow platform – qualifications are not required but would be a plus
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, REST and CSS
Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
Knowledge of integrating email with Service Now
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
What Does Leidos Need From Me?:
Knowledge of ITIL processes would be a bonus
Clearance Required:
Clearance to Start BPSS
Clearance for Role BPSS
