Job Description:

The contractor shall provide customer support for incoming customer inquiries. Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries. Only refer inquiries when the answer cannot be delivered by Customer Support.
  • Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Experience working with JPAS/DISS and or Scattered Castles
  • Deliver priority messages based on urgency.
  • Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.
  • Return all phone messages within 1 business day of receipt.
  • Coordinate customer support activities across all Personnel Security Branches as customer inquiries are received to deliver the applicable answers.
  • Create and deliver reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date and with 100% accuracy when requested by C/SISP.
  • Staff the Customer Support Center during the hours of 0700-1630 local time, with at least one staff member on duty at all times.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in providing customer support. Experience with Personnel Security is a plus.

This position has a target range for compensation of 75,000 - 85,000. This is a firm fixed price contract and does not allow for negotiations outside of this target range

Pay Range:Pay Range $50,700.00 - $78,000.00 - $105,300.00
