What You Will Do

  • Assist customers with the installation, calibration, and general troubleshooting of StreamLabs products and mobile App.
  • Answer pre-sales technical and general questions from potential customers seeking to understand functions, features, and benefits of StreamLabs products.
  • Communicate with customers through multiple channels including email, chat, phone, and social media to answer questions and work with customers to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate and interact with Sales Director as well as Software/Hardware Product leads to resolve customer service issues in a timely fashion.
  • Work with management to develop systems and processes to ensure timely and thorough customer response and support.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through excellent interpersonal, communications, and technical skills.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer Service role in a consumer products organization.
  • The Customer Tech Support specialist must be knowledgeable about Internet of Things (IoT) products, including common pitfalls of smart phones and settings, pairing to Wi-Fi, troubleshooting apps, and pairing with Smart Home systems such as Alexa and Google Assistant.
  • Familiarity with both Android and iOS operating systems, especially with regards to managing network settings, clearing cache, and general navigation.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Familiarity with general plumbing is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working with remote highly distributed teams.
  • Understanding of software technical lingo, MS Office skills.
