If being the CEO of your offering excites you, consider an offering management career at IBM.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSYSzART19 / #GHOST+ As Offering Manager for Storage as a Service, you will be responsible for:+ Building the end-to-end lifecycle of Storage as a Service delivery+ Defining and managing delivery process such as:+ Capital asset management+ Subscription metering/monitoring and billing+ Shipping and Services coordination+ Subscription renewals+ Asset reuse and disposal+ Contract management+ Defining customer engagement touchpoints and maintaining a high NPS+ Developing customer journey metrics to track the end-to-end customer experience that ultimately drives customer subscription growth and subscription renewal+ Developing the Storage as a service roadmap+ Working closely with field sales teams and channel partners to support the sales processPreferred locations for this role are: RTP, NC, Austin, TX, Littleton, MA, Silicon Valley, CARequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ 10+ years experience in the Technology Industry, 3+ Years Storage experience; preferably in product management or -aaS delivery process management and operations+ 5+ years of significant demonstrated experience in pricing strategies, and cloud business models: SaaS, PaaS, IaaS+ BA/BS required; MS/MBA preferred+ Experience with requirements management required+ Executive-level written, and verbal communication skills required+ Demonstrated Cross-functional leadership, influence and collaboration capabilities requiredPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseNoneNoneAbout Business UnitIBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
