Do it here.What youll be doing...This role will be responsible for managing strategic programs & projects across Sales & Customer Success to drive efficiencies & scalability across the customer lifecycle journey which are both internal & customer facing. This role will also work collaboratively and effectively with marketing, finance, product, and leadership to develop and leverage organization wide processes, practices, and capabilities to accelerate growth.+ Strategize and help implement new customer programs to increase adoption.+ Project Manage intercompany strategic initiatives.+ Examine and enhance process and systems to drive greater efficiencies and results from our customer engagement.+ Improve, implement, and manage systems that facilitate Onboarding and Customer Enablement activities (inclusive of communications).+ Enhance current customer engagement process by examining and enhancing the timing & content of touch points across customer lifecycle.+ Assist in the creation of playbook for global Onboarding Program Managers and Onboarding specialists, to drive optimal adoption and high CSAT.+ Assist & manage creation of online training collateral for customers, as well as manage vendors who assist in providing real-time training to customers/prospects.+ Collaborate with enablement team members to maintain sales & customer success training material.What were looking for...Youll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Four or more years of relevant work experience.+ Willingness to travel.+ A valid Driver's License.Even better if you have:+ Ability to partner with sales representatives to understand customer requirements.+ Experience managing projects and/or programs across different business units+ Proficiency with Project Managements tools (e.g. Asana, ProjectPlace, Trello, etc.)+ Strong excel, power point, and MS Office proficiency+ Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation tools, and similar applications+ Experience leading and championing projects+ Managed multiple projects and deals under tight timelines.+ Cultivated strong trusting customer relationships at executive levels."This position can be located in other valid Verizon domestic locations."Notice(s)Verizon will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
