What you will do-

  • Use data and other inputs, identify, prioritize, and deliver on business and customer needs.
  • Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding business objectives including but not limited to safety, quality, delivery, customer experience, people development and cost.
  • Allocate and leading resources in area based on supply chain needs and standards
  • Anticipate line down or product flow disruptions and partner with support staff to avoid increased customer downtime
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to achieve goals.
  • Understand the technical aspects of the business and utilize the necessary resources to address and resolve issues through problem solving
  • Participate in and may identify cost reduction initiatives to deliver on financial projections
  • Responsible for creation and execution of subcontractor supplier metrics including quality, on time delivery and days aging.
  • Drive accountability within the subcontractor supply base and hold regular business reviews with key suppliers.
  • Work with each business unit on trade-in and buyback strategy and implementation.
  • Lead plant tours and be familiar with the products manufactured in assigned area.
  • Attend daily MDI meetings and communicate business results /metrics clearly at all levels of the operations business.
  • Manage invoicing process between assigned suppliers and accounts payables to ensure no delinquency.
  • Oversee execution and coaching of MDI process up through Tier 2.
  • Evaluate employee performance through various means, such as talent reviews and common annual reviews, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures, with guidance. Work collaboratively to develop and drive accountability for meaningful performance objectives.
  • Provide developmental coaching and guidance to team in the areas of performance management, communication, and adhering to company polices.
  • Manage labor through OT approval and timecard management.
  • Achieve employee engagement by being responsible and accountable for actions promoting an environment that fosters personal growth, development and inclusiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the support of business and process improvements including but not limited to 6S, lean manufacturing initiatives, etc.
  • Own and execute LSW (Leader Standard Work) and audit requirements including, but not limited to, Quality and 6S
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects through teamwork, empowerment, consultative problem solving, and operating with honesty and integrity while providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
  • Ensure the successful integration of new merger and acquisitions into the team and process.
  • Train compliance and guidance to team members, while ensuring a proper tracking of competencies.
  • Build and execute the CPO strategy as a result of the trade-in and buyback process.
  • Develop and executing PLCM strategy in regard to inventory in Subcon and CPO area
  • Work collaboratively to develop and drive accountability for meaningful performance metrics and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with established regulatory, quality, legal, corporate, and human resources policies and procedures.

What you need-

  • B.B.A. or B.A. in business or related required
  • 4+ years of Supply Chain or related experience required
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience- highly preferred
