Job Description:

  • The Sr Service Warehouse Solution Lead is responsible for developing, planning, execution and closure of deliverables that are part of software development and deployment framework and processes within the Service warehouse and distribution area and corresponding set of applications.In this role, the Service Warehouse Solution Lead will partner with Architects, Business Analysts, Business Process Owners, divisional business stakeholders and Technical Analysts to understand and plan

  • The Service Warehouse Solution Lead is also responsible to identify and manage project risks, time lines, resources by coordinating with cross teams, PMO, leaderships as applicable the overall deliverables from start to close of the project.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for managing the deliverables preparation and approval of solution scope, overall systems architecture, technical and functional design in the area of Service Warehouse Management, Distribution and Logistics to support integrated end-to-end solutions from design to deploy phase.

  • Supports the team in completing application process analysis, architecture and system design, systems development, testing, implementation, training and preparation of our Stryker global template in the warehouse and distribution area.

  • Perform activities following Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.

  • Play a significant role within the Change Control and Solution Review Board discussions, in not only managing the scope, timelines and risks, but also driving the final decision on solution.

  • Key driver in creating, tracking and closing RAIDs both in Individual and Cross tracks by partnering with different stakeholders.

  • Play a key role bringing cross functional and data conversions teams together on the master data and transactional data design, testing and defect resolution

  • Responsible for preparation and approval of business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.

  • Manages resolution and communication of system production support issues with different stakeholders based on Stryker SLA’s.

  • Works closely with strategic solution partners, business process owners, architects/leads from other tracks and super users to close out every phase as part of deployment playbook or project methodology.

  • Proactively identify business and system improvements, make recommendations, take ownership and bring those initiatives to successful implementation in warehouse and distribution area.

  • Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other Solution Leads/Analysts, Business Analysts within the team or same project/program.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies.

  • Manages and coordinates with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics

  • Partner with Testing team in defining and executing testing strategy, scope, scenarios identification, resource planning, testing execution, defect resolution and exit criteria for system integration, regression and user acceptance testing cycles.

  • Formulates deployment strategies to ensure reliability and scalability for Stryker systems.

  • Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.

  • Establish a solid Knowledge Transfer, Solution stabilization and Transition plan to Run organization after the project as part of the project Cut over and Go Live phase

What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.

  • Master’s degree like M.Tech, ME, MBA in related disciplines preferred.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience with SAP full life-cycle implementations and demonstrated project implementation experience is required.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP EWM or SAP WM/IM/MM area and integration with other process areas is required.

  • Deep understanding of systems, configuration and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution modules (EWM/IM/MM) and other SAP cross functional experience in Procurement, TM, QM, GTS and SD is required.

  • Good understanding of SAP Service Management (SM) functionalities like service orders, repair orders, Equipment master etc.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

  • Strong Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (Shipping Application, 3PL, warehouse Automation solution etc.)

  • In depth understanding of the SAP Application Architecture & Technology including S4/HANA.

  • Ability to work closely with other technology disciplines across integration, data, security and reporting

  • Good understanding of recognized ERP implementation documentation methodologies, for ex. ASAP, Activate etc.

  • Good understanding of RICEF and customizations in a complex environment

  • Experience in managing internal & external resources.

  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts – strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning

  • Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred

  • Extensive knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements

  • Experience working with executive business stakeholders is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization

  • Experience with process mapping, documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.

  • Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes are required.

  • Experience developing strategic business process methodologies to drive business results

  • Strong data analysis, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships within program teams across Stryker divisions and geographies.

  • Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel Advanced, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Access DB, MS Project Suite (MPP/Visio/etc.)

Hybrid or Onsite – Role requires reasonable proximity to a Stryker facility and provides the flexibility to decide on either a hybrid or onsite working arrangement. Selected candidate would be hired in as one of these options
