This role will work across all IBM business units, as well as outside IBM, to define and deliver a program focused on helping IBM address industry compliance needs. This is a unique role which is looking for someone with experience in various compliance and audit requirements (ISO, HIPAA, SOC, PCI), and a mix of business, technical, leadership, documentation, communication, and project management skills.Key characteristics for success in this role are:+ Capability to work collaboratively across IBM Business Units and drive consensus+ Understanding of Industry Compliance requirements and how they align to IBM policies/standards/processes, and tools for implementing security & privacy+ Agile mindset and willingness to adopt new ways of working+ Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines+ Ability to analyze report data to determine control gaps and improvement plans+ Experience in executive level documentation, presentation development, and delivery+ Team leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and meeting management experience+ Team playerSome example responsibilities of this role include:+ Technical knowledge in implementation across multiple control areas, including: Privacy, Access Control, Logging & Monitoring, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Capacity Planning, Media Protection, Security & Privacy by Design, Configuration Management, etc+ Analysis of Industry cybersecurity and privacy regulations/standards, to identify potential impact on IBM or IBM Business Units (technical, operational, and business impacts), and to define compliance objectives to adhere to specific regulations/standards+ Partnership with compliance and audit teams to support the updating of security and privacy controls, and compliance activities, as necessary to address prioritized regulations/standards+ Documenting control requirements and best practices for implementation. Delivering control training, open hour sessions, and 1:1 consulting to specific BUs/Offerings.+ Determining control audit/test plans and sampling.
