If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesPreferred locations: Raleigh, NC (RTP); Herndon, VA; Armonk, NY; Austin, TXLooking for an energetic and organized IBM'er to join and drive industry and security/privacy compliance across IBM's portfolio. This role will work across all IBM business units, as well as outside IBM, to define and deliver a program focused on helping IBM address industry compliance needs. This is a unique role which is looking for someone with experience in various compliance and audit requirements (ISO, HIPAA, SOC, PCI), and a mix of business, technical, leadership, documentation, communication, and project management skills.Key characteristics for success in this role are:+ Understanding of Industry Compliance requirements and how they align to IBM policies/standards/processes, and tools for implementing security & privacy+ Agile mindset and willingness to adopt new ways of working+ Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines+ Ability to analyze report data to determine control gaps and improvement plans+ Experience in procedure documentation+ Team player with a great sense of humor and enjoyment for their jobSome example responsibilities of this role include:+ Technical knowledge in implementation across multiple control areas, including: Privacy, Access Control, Logging & Monitoring, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Capacity Planning, Media Protection, Security & Privacy by Design, Configuration Management, etc+ Documenting control requirements and best practices for implementation.+ Validating compliance to control requirements through BU control testing and documenting control findings for auditable artifact.+ Supporting BUs in general compliance, control, audit activities+ Supporting various audits and compliance requirements, including ISO 27000, HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, PCI, FedRAMP, FFIEC, etc.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Understanding of Industry Compliance requirements and how they align to IBM policies/standards/processes, and tools for implementing security & privacy+ Agile mindset and willingness to adopt new ways of working+ Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines+ Ability to analyze report data to determine control gaps and improvement plans+ Experience in procedure documentation+ Team player with a great sense of humor and enjoyment for their jobPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertisenoneAbout Business UnitIBM Systems helps IT leaders think differently about their infrastructure.
