Overview: This role is responsible for end-to-end sales enablement, strategy, and compliance for the E-Rate program. Duties include administration of E-Rate & RHC programs, including subject matter expertise (program rules, eligible services, etc.), ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g., CAF II, RDOF, lowest corresponding price, etc.), build cross-functional partnerships (pricing, product, legal, regulatory, marketing, etc.), and ownership of proposal/RFP process. The ideal candidate will have relevant program and project management experience in growth-oriented roles in the telecommunications sector. As owner of the E-Rate &RHC programs, this individual will need to have knowledge of the USAC programs, strong analytic acumen, and a strong sales enablement background. Demonstrated experience in cross functional stakeholder management and alignment, solid program management skills, and be proficient at interacting with all levels within the overall organization. Roles/Responsibilities: - Subject matter expert for E-Rate & RHC - Ensure 100% compliance with E-Rate program rules, Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP), CAF II / RDOF funding requirements. - Establish annual foundational E-Rate data set to inform GTM strategy; maintain data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analysis - Manage in season lead distribution for our sales team - Manage RFP process from beginning to end. Responds to the RFPs for K-12 (E-Rate) and RHC (Rural Health Care) - Drive awareness internally through training, establishment of key stakeholder relationships and sales enablement material - Drive awareness externally through marketing initiatives and well-trained and supported sales teams. - Identify opportunities for adjustment of Kinetic offering or presentation to fully leverage government funding and optimize sales and CX - E-Rate expertise, state/local/cooperative contracting vehicles, and consortia (state contracts, TIPPS, MICTA, BOCES, IU, etc.)Preferred Experience: - Advanced Salesforce user, familiarity with Tableau interfaces - Working knowledge of RPFIO - Ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and data driven communications (verbal and written) that are appropriately tailored to the audience - Project or program management experience, business development, or sales operations experience - Demonstrable experience communicating effectively with senior leadership on program objectives, goals, and metrics - Demonstrable experience leading multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for execution and results - Flexible travel requirements up to 15%
