Work you'll do

Responsible for supporting the development of a knowledge management repository of training materials on SharePoint, developing training materials, and delivering end-user training for the suite of applications, including Oracle EBS, Oracle OBIEE reporting solution, and a custom user interface. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organization are highly desired. Prior experience developing and delivering training, using PowerPoint, and using SharePoint as a document repository is highly desired.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
  • 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Business Writing, Communication Skills
  • Training Facilitation and Logistics
  • Training Content and Delivery
  • PowerPoint skills
  • Training facilitation experience
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Ability to learn new technology and translate technical information into easy-to-understand communications and training
  • Experience in training development
  • Experience developing communications materials (fact sheets, newsletters, briefing decks, etc.)
  • Understanding of training development and system design lifecycle and phases
  • Some travel may be required (While travel may be required for the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role

Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Advanced degree in a related discipline
  • Oracle EBS, OBIEE, SharePoint management
