Position Summary

Support the development and execution of the worldwide C&E and market level healthcare compliance curriculum and communication program at BMS. In addition, develop strategies and lead efforts to enhance our culture of integrity

  • Develop and manage worldwide C&E and market HCC curriculum including an analysis of the current curriculum, identification of on-going needs, and the development of a strategic plan to close any identified gaps.
  • Develop and implement a multifaceted Integrity strategy to foster a speak up culture across the company.
  • Oversight and management of third party compliance program evaluation including the Compliance Leader Verification program with Ethisphere as well as leadership in implementation recommendations and the identification of additional compliance certification processes.
  • Ongoing development of communication strategies and vehicles to enhance the effectiveness and visibility of Global Compliance & Ethics (e.g., Pulse articles, training conversation guides).
  • Leadership and project management of additional C&E Projects as identified.
Required Qualification(s) and Desired Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field from an accredited university.
  • Strong understanding of regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare compliance globally.
  • Preferred 7-10 years of education and development related experience.
  • Preferred 7-10 years experience in healthcare compliance.
  • 3-5 years experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, writing and editorial skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives.
  • Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with senior leaders as well as peers, and successful experience in cross-functional interactions.
  • Superior personal integrity and ethics, including an exceptional sense judgment and discretion.
  • Experience working in employee relations or conflict resolution a plus.
