The Sales Training Specialist designs, develops, markets, delivers and manages instructor-led and virtual instructor-led sessions using a systematic approach of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.This exciting role offers opportunity to:+ Create, maintain and update training materials including instructor-led, virtual instructor led, train-the-trainer PowerPoint presentations, as well as other segment focused learning materials. Where required you may be expected to train sales staff on how to use client (PC, application) technology to enable them to sell effectively.+ Work with the Global L&D teams to consult on ways to continuously improve the training program both in terms of sales training content, and methods of delivering that content.+ Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and develop strategic initiatives to launch and enhance the learning program based on global and local needs.+ Monitor the effectiveness of the program, aligning with the business strategy, improving communication and enabling growth.+ Provide regular feedback to key stakeholders, achieve program metric goals, track program data, compile reports and actively seek cost saving and productivity improvement opportunities.+ Offer interactive courses that meet learning objectives to sell and support electrical products and services in the digital product market segment.+ Responsible for class administration and preparation, including but not limited to developing a training plan, scheduling, set-up, enrollment, travel, demonstration equipment, activity materials, courseware, assessments, evaluation, and follow-up. Qualifications+ Bachelors degree+ Minimum 5 years electrical industry experience+ Experience in software sales or in intelligent product management, highly regarded+ Deep understanding of the software market, in particular the APAC market.+ Experienced and skilled in turning product training into sales training+ Must be proficient in English and Chinese+ Experience in facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning principals+ Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously+ Must demonstrate a strong collaborative working style, working at multiple levels of an organization+ Ability to think and act strategically to address organizational training and development needs+ Detail oriented with strong time management skills+ Exceptional customer service skillsYes!
