What you will do

The Senior Sales Training Associate, Enablement Lead will serve to support, maintain, and assist in the development of enablement tools for the Sage business unit, specifically, sales training, sales, customer excellence and marketing organizations. This role will provide exceptional platform support and creation to ensure successful implementations of sales enablement strategies and programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own and maintain Highspot enablement platform
    • Profile management
    • Content and resource administration and maintenance
    • System troubleshooting
    • Cross divisional collaboration
    • Regular metric reporting and best practice identification
    • Framework and direction to internal partners
  • Serve as a primary resource for Salesforce.com as it relates to creating reports and dashboards, performing dashboard maintenance, and supporting sales reps with basic functionality questions
  • Manages and leads all JotForm initiatives across the business
  • Departmental point for Regulatory and Quality compliance training collateral routing
  • Ability to present ideas and platform functionalities to internal teams including onboarding sales reps
  • Assign and distributes curriculum and resources to sales and marketing organization
  • Support the creation and updating of training presentations, courses, exams, checklists, job aids, and toolkits
  • Assist with the development of new enablement tools and training resources
  • Provide logistical and technical support for all enablement and training programs and courses (online and instructor-led)
  • Power Bi training and support

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Experience in sales enablement platforms, digital & web design, or database maintenance is highly preferred.
  • Enablement platform experience
    • Salesforce.com
    • Highspot (preferred)
    • Power Bi (preferred)
  • Existing ability or willingness to learn how to develop training resources using Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, Camtasia video editing, and online course-builders
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Technical self-learner with ability to problem solve and drive solutions independently
  • Experience in deadline achievement and project management
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
