Eatons Vehicle division is currently seeking a Training & Staffing Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Aguascalientes facility.The Training & Staffing Analyst is responsible for detect, plan and coordinate the training sessions, according to the MTP and training needs, complying with the guidelines of the organization.Give support as a link between the hiring manager and the TAC to ensure attract, select and hire the best talent.Some activities related with the position will be:+ Detection of the Training Needs at Plant, Department, Function level, Development Plans requirements & Customer requirements.+ Build up the Master Training Plan according with the Training Plan Needs and Budget.+ In charge of the Onboarding Process.+ Lead the certification process+ Supervise the trainers of the operations to accomplish with the certification process+ Assure the 3 x 3 and flexibility plan at the operations+ Design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house), in order to comply with the MTP.+ Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.).+ Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.+ Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in the Training Plan.+ Design and prepare educational aids and materials.+ Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.+ Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding to the training topics.+ Maintain updated the training records.+ Comply with Training Mandatories on time.+ Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.+ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment+ Coordinate all the logistics need it to manage the training such as invitation, coffee break if need it, material, presentation, facilities, etc.+ Ensure the population planned to take the training.+ Promote the usage of training tools as Eaton University.+ Comply with audits requirements such as Eaton, Customer and legal audits regarding to Training Management.+ Budget Management for training, ensure the complete usage of it.+ Control training costs to obtain the desired results but focusing on cost reduction.+ Review twice a year the scholarships given by Eaton. (English classes, MBA, Engineering Degree)+ To be certified in internal or corporate trainings and perform those trainings.+ To get more Trainers certified for Corporate trainings.+ Responsible for loading the requisitions of personnel in the system (TALEO)+ Manage with the TAC and the hiring manager the kick off sessions.+ Internally post new vacancies+ Follow-up open positions with the TAC+ Give to payroll area all the documentation required for the upload of new incomes in the Payroll System+ Improvement Ideas.+ To be a member of a plant committee.+ Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.+ Promotes the companys vision by actively supporting Eatons ethics and values as well as quality policies.+ Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
