The expected annual salary range for this role is $77249.97 - $113299.96 a year.

What you’ll do:

Your role will extend beyond traditional boundaries, as you take charge of deploying lean principles across our site. Collaborate directly with Operations leadership to set priorities, develop goals, and design objectives that align with our site's operating goals. Your ability to train and coach process owners in lean and statistical tools will play a pivotal role in creating a culture of operational excellence at the department level.

As a problem solver extraordinaire, you'll analyze and resolve work problems, ensuring a seamless integration of efficient processes for the manufacture of new products. Your innovative mindset will shine as you develop proposals to incorporate new technologies, preparing capital expenditure requests and engaging with external suppliers and regulatory personnel.

Your experience in LEAN, coupled with a deep understanding and application of all LEAN tools, will position you as a key driver of continuous improvement. Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Troy, IL will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
