PRIMARY FUNCTION:Leads engineering and Engineer To Order projects from initial customer requirements to market launch or delivery of ETO project.MAIN FUCNTION:Main responsibilitiesA. Manages projects i.e. set and plans goals and steers project to meet its goals utilizing ProLaunch or ETO processB. Sets person (subproject) level objectives for project team membersC. Works with Program Managers serving as a technical interface between customer and global design/manufacturing team. Supports project planning and project management to achieve its goals.D. Communicates with in & outside project team (e.g. Lean Solution Partners)E. Reports project status regularlyF. Plans and follows project and product costG. Prepares for project milestones (Gate Reviews, DGC approvals)H. Interfaces with CSOs and/or customers in ETO projectsI. Develops and maintains required processes+ Identify project risks, define and implement risk mitigation plans. Provide technical coordination for the project work and drive projects forward to success.+ Support the implementation of Eaton products into the customer's total solution (including the implementation of Eaton products in external systems).General responsibilities:A.
