The leader will be responsible for building & running multiple Network Services on IBM's full stack, globally deployable hyperscale public cloud. The role involves leading a number of engineering manages and missions across the US and our Global Development Lab. If you are passionate about building the infrastructure for our Cloud Services, this would an ideal role to lead the future of IBM Cloud.The primary responsibilities will include leading & managing multiple large global software development organization working on Network Services for the IBM Cloud.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ 8-10 years technical expertise with large scale software and systems development.+ 3-5 years of experience building & managing Global development teams+ 3-5 years of experience with Network Technologies+ 5-7 years of software development lifecycle management.+ 1-2 years of Cloud Software Development+ 2-5 years of leading & direct management of Engineering Managers, teams & programsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ 2-5 years of Agile development practice.+ 1-3 years of Product/Offering Management experience (direct or indirect).+ 1-3 years of experience setting up & scaling global development teamsNAAbout Business UnitDigitization is accelerating the ongoing evolution of business, and clouds - public, private, and hybrid - enable companies to extend their existing infrastructure and integrate across systems.
