Re-Invent is our Company's returnship program welcoming back individuals who’ve left the workforce for 2+ years. Our simple objective is to create an empowering space for professionals to re-enter while accelerating their growth into leadership roles. Over six-months we would invest in your development through project work, cross-functional exposure, targeted coaching, and leadership visibility.

For a role within Global Vaccines & Biologics Commercialization (GVBC), you may be required to provide technical leadership for Biologics and Vaccines commercialization efforts including both drug substance and drug product, support pipeline molecule technology transfers to manufacturing sites, contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions, and work on new manufacturing technologies. Within GVBC, we partner across areas of the Manufacturing Division (MD) and cross-divisionally with Research & Development Division (R&DD) with the ultimate goal of delivering innovative products to patients.

You will have the opportunity to support significant projects, be required to exercise independent judgment and make key decisions that directly impact business outcomes.

Global Vaccines & Biologics Commercialization:

The mission of GVBC is to commercialize the company's pipeline of biologics and vaccines leading to innovation in medicine and a brighter and healthier future for people around the world. We are accountable for three types of processes. Through execution of process science, we ensure that our company’s processes are well-characterized and well understood. Through process engineering, we make sure that our company’s processes can be scaled up or scaled out into the manufacturing facilities with our respective partners. And, lastly, we’re responsible for supporting the regulatory applications associated with process science and process engineering.

Required Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and/or related field with 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience; or Ph.D. with 4 years of relevant experience

Experience and Skills

Required

  • Candidate must have taken a career break of two plus years. A career break is defined as having taken a break from Corporate America; any entrepreneurial explorations, transition to academia, or other personal circumstances constitute as a break.

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship

Preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in field of study, extracurricular activity, previous internship or undergraduate research, military or prior work experience

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, a team-player with the ability to work collaboratively

  • Biologics, vaccine, or sterile process development, technology transfer, manufacturing facilities, and/or GMPs
