The Elkhorn, Nebraska, Bio Technology Solutions (BTS) organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team supporting multi-product vaccine manufacturing processes.

Position Responsibilities:

This role will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Planning, Procurement, and other support groups to meet targeted manufacturing and product projects, including product/process investigation, continuous improvement changes, and strategic product/process initiatives.

The subject position will be responsible for the following:

• Functioning as a key member of the technical operations team through executing lab-scale process optimization and investigation support, including data analytics.

• Functioning as a key team member to collaborate with manufacturing teams to support facility activities and to support area objectives.

• Participating in technical support activities for licensed vaccines.

• Executing assignments against accelerated, critical-path timelines in a right-first-time manner.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable discipline.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Hands-on experience within lab, pilot-scale, or manufacturing environment

• Strong problem solving skills with a hands-on approach, with a bias towards going to see problems for oneself in the field.

• Highly developed verbal and written communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience with processing of pharmaceuticals and large molecule (vaccine or biologics)

• Working knowledge of cGMPs

• Understanding of statistics and application to process monitoring and control

• Understanding of project management
