We are in search of Transmission Line Engineers across the US to join our diverse Power Delivery Services team. If you are professional with a few (or more than a few!) years of experience performing electric transmission design projects for high-voltage (HV) and/or extra high-voltage (EHV) overhead utility systems, we want to speak with you.

Available positions will involve engineering and design of electrical overhead, voltage conversion projects, new capacity projects and infrastructure replacement projects.

Additionally, our organization is looking for project engineers who will work within teams as well as independently to perform engineering analyses, prepare bidding documents, plans and specifications; as well as prepare material procurement and construction documents, and work with project planning, environmental, permitting, and construction management.

For these opportunities, Qualified candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other engineering discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of experience performing engineering and design of electrical overhead, voltage conversion projects, new capacity projects and infrastructure replacement projects.
  • Some prior experience with programs like PLS-CADD and POLE, as well as LPILE or FAD tools

Additionally, we prefer, but do not require:

  • A Registered Professional Engineer (P.E) License
  • A Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or other related field
  • 4 or more years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role at an electric utility consulting or contracting company

These opportunities will be located in South and Central FL, Houston TX, Dallas TX, Charlotte MO, Framingham MA, Boise ID, Salt Lake City UT or remote elsewhere in the US.
