Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on clinic operation support team
  • Admin tasks are simple pre-documented tasks like adding referring providers etc. basically day to day operations and helping across the applications
  • Resources will be provided written requirements and knowledge handholding to work on these activities
  • Resource is responsible for on-call support for duration of their shift to provide L1 support for incoming calls from providers/clinics users who work in India timings/ Fax managers from India
  • Communicate directly and effectively with internal and external organizations to conduct customer issue investigations and deliver root cause analyses, workarounds, and permanent fixes
  • Ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion. Additionally, this individual will manage communications to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships
  • Act as an escalation point, research, troubleshoot, and assist customers and other support engineers with the resolution of technical problems where predefined patterns may not exist (e.g., new feature sets or workflows where documentation hasn’t been created or fit into the defined framework, etc.
  • Works ServiceNow tickets associated with Tech Support Group
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Computer Science, Master’s in computer application (MCA) or related field
  • 7+ years of experience with basic administration knowledge in Windows, Active Directory or Desktop support or Tech support experience
  • Experience building customer-facing documentation
  • Experience in ServiceNow ticketing tool with defined SLA’s
  • Experience on Desktop support, application support
  • Experience on handling issue for VPN (Cisco Any connect, Global VPN etc.) and VDI
  • Control-M monitoring/troubleshooting experience
  • Calling experience
  • Knowledge in Active Directory, Trouble shooting, Networking, LAN, WAN etc.
  • Exposure on ITSM ticketing tools
  • Intermediate understanding on IT, networking, working with server teams
  • Flair understanding of AD components (OU, Permission of Share Drive)
  • Immense accuracy and attention to detail. Process driven and possessed high organizational skills
  • Exceptional Documentation and escalation management skills
