Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
  • Creating timelines and development goals
  • Meeting with business team to determine CRM needs
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with a very good understanding of Salesforce Lightning and web technologies, such as LWC, Aura Framework, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Previous work experience with application and software development
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce developer concepts such as objects and fields, relationships, custom labels, profile management, field level security, permission sets, custom metadata, triggers, platform events, locker services, REST APIs etc.
  • Good understanding of best practices in Salesforce development
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
