Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead an agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream
  • Accountable for end to end feature design & delivery
  • Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
  • Collectively responsible for end to end product quality
  • Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
  • Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
  • Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
  • Analyzing and monitor performance bottlenecks and key metrics to optimize software and system performance
  • Document processes and procedures in managing the product and making sure best practices are always followed
  • Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
  • Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
  • Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science (related field) or equivalent work experience
  • 8 - 10 years of experience working with information technologies, QE Test Automation, analyzing the requirement and development
  • 7 - 11 years of being a Software professionals with strong computer science fundamentals including but not limited to data structure, algorithms, networking, parallel and distributed computing
  • Hands-on experience on Jenkins, Postman automation, Selenium, Maven and GitHub.
  • Experience in Continuous Integration, SQL, DB Automation and APIs
  • Experience in Design and Developing the test automation framework
  • Experience in all phases of SDLC and STLC
  • QE/SDET experience
  • Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
  • Development Methodology / Engineering Practices - Agile (SCRUM / KANBAN / SAFe)
  • Good in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)
  • Primary skills - Java, postman automation, JMeter, Jenkins, BDD, Involvement in Automation Framework Design & Developer coding Background in any of the technology (Java/.NET//Python)
  • Hands-on with CA Agile Central (Rally) or other Agile tools
  • Strong Agile background
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Engineering Practices
  • Excellent communications - Speaking & Writing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and unit test scenarios on the existing automation framework
  • Ability to learn the process quickly and implement the same within short time
