About the Role: - Engineering Interns will be exposed to the fast paced telecommunications industry and discover the various complexities and technologies associated with operating and maintaining a nation-wide network - Will be in the Network Lab in Little Rock learning different skills - Engineering Intern position will be 1/2 working from home and 1/2 working in the Lab What You’ll Do: - Plan, design, develop, test and implement network components, equipment and/or software - Perform engineering design valuations with an emphasis on cost effectiveness - Research and apply commonly used engineering concepts, practices and procedures to resolve a variety of technical issues. Mentors - Each intern will have a dedicated mentor within Engineering to assist in guiding the interns through their daily functions as well as help them navigate the working world in a corporate environment.
