What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately receive inbound shipments and ensure stocking completion to consistently maintain service level requirements
  • Meet or exceed internal customer expectations
  • Accurately complete cycle counts in adherence to documented procedures
  • Responsible for performing housekeeping, inventory counts, and other operational support functions
  • Manage incoming requests related to orders, shipment status, and other general customer inquiries
  • Timely and accurate processing of requests through Network Spares processes
  • Submit product additions and request return authorizations as required
  • Research and provide product information to Operations and Network Operations Center verticals
  • Research and correct discrepancies on requests
  • Expedite open orders with vendors and maintain status updates in the ticketing system
  • Monitor ticketing system to ensure timely resolution per SLA
  • Interface with the Corp Buyer Team to expedite direct shipments
  • Interface with Warehouse Management to expedite critical stock orders and get shipment status
  • Review and work reports to assist with managing orders

  • 1-year experience working in a fast paced-high-volume ticket/call support environment
  • Experience working in ticketing applications

  • Self-starter-ability and willingness to learn and assume other duties as assigned
  • Ability to research data to find solutions

Minimum Requirements: College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
