Are you ready?Position Overview:The objective for this role is to develop the next generation of engineering technologytalent who will drive Eaton's growth through research,product development and design contributions in core strategictechnologies. Come join a world-class organization where you can grow your career and impact the future.QualificationsBasic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements):+ Currently possess or will have obtainedBachelors, Masters or PhDdegree inengineering with a focus in electrical, mechanical, computer, materials, engineering technology, or computer science from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no later than August 2021+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8or higher (please do not round)+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship+ Minimum of one internship or co-op experience completed at the time of this application+ Geographical flexibility to relocate within the United States for the duration of the Development ProgramPreferred Qualifications:+ Design engineering experience in any of the following areas: Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Software or Advanced MaterialsPosition Criteria:+ This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region as determined by the Engineering and Technology assignment manager.Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices.
