Quality Engineer - electrical

Eaton Czech Republic is looking for a quality engineer - air circuit breakersThis position is located in our plant in Suchdol nad Luznici with over 700 employees (electrical sector enclosures/power distribution components)As a Quality Engineers you will be driving the quality metrics to world class benchmark in accordance to the PDD (power distribution division) integrated management system and you will be supporting the quality system in the focus of ISO 9001 and the Eaton Quality Management System (EQMS) for air circuit breakers area (ACB).Your responsibilities:+ Drive the External Customer Complaint Management (tracking of Analysis and implementation of Corrective Actions).+ Support successfully the implementation of new products qualitywise according change management,+ Support engineering projects+ Drive, maintain and improve the test planning for existing and new products.+ Support the product compliance process by supporting an efficient Product Audit process.+ Close collaboration with Product Line developement and engineering team, communicate Product Line inputs to plant ACB team (decision, strategy, direction).+ Analyze statistical data and product / process performance data to derive recommendations for improvements and focus on quality metrics to support world class benchmark quality.+ Owner of the monthly quality report to the product line.+ Follow the requirements of the integrated management System in respect to the relevant standards.+ Support the regular audit processes like ISO (3rd Party and internal) and OpA/EQMS self and validated assessments. QualificationsRequired skills:+ Electrical engineering or other related technical discipline+ Experience in Quality Management Systems+ Experience in Product Safety+ Deep knowledge in how to drive Quality Managment and in standards for Quality Management (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, APQP)+ Product safety and conformity standards and regulations (e.g. IEC, EN, UL/CSA and EC directives) and understanding of national laws to drive legal compliance+ Understanding manufacturing technologies and processes+ Basic knowledge in standards for management systems not quality related (eg.
