Industrial Engineer
What Will You Do?
The Industrial Engineer will assist in maintaining all product costing systems, product routing systems, and process standards systems. The Industrial Engineering department will also maintain methods for product production and pay systems for people involved in product manufacturing and warehousing. This position will maintain the education methods and pay system for production and warehouse management and leads the efforts to improve them.
What Do You Need?
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required in lieu of a degree
3+ years experience working in a similar function in a distribution or manufacturing environment
2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc.
Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay
Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts
Proficient in analytics and data manipulation using Excel and other tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
