The position will support federal and commercial projects like DOL, WTC, Carepoint and Vital point. This resource will be responsible for creating test plan, test cases, test execution, defect management and working with offshore on testing activities

Position enhances our testing, improves testing capabilities/increase efficiencies of IT teams by maintaining/developing new manual & automated test capabilities for OWCA to ensure timely delivery of quality products to market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be able to write test plan, test cases and test scenarios
  • Be able to write SQL queries required for testing
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Be able to work in an agile environment
  • Be able to work with Business, Dev, SA, Cross app and all other teams
  • Be able to work in onshore offshore model
  • Be able to work in health care domain
  • Timely deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with all testing activities including Manual and DB testing
  • 3+ years of experience in Creating TCs, Test Scenarios and Quality Plan
  • 2+ years of QA experience working with Business, Cross app, onshore/offshore team coordination
  • 2+ years of experience with Quality management tools like QC/ALM, JIRA
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL database
  • 1+ years of experience working in Agile Methodology
  • Hands-on experience with test planning and test execution
  • Ability to lead the testing for a functionality or module

Preferred Qualification:
